William P. Persky

William P. Persky is Chief Financial Officer for OliverMcMillan where his primary responsibilities include financial planning, economic analysis, arranging and negotiating loans and equity, as well as overseeing the accounting functions. He is currently serving as the principal-in-charge of the San Diego residential portfolio. Born in San Diego, California in 1955, Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at San Diego and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of California at Los Angeles where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Before joining OliverMcMillan in 1984, Bill worked with international accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand, specializing in the areas of auditing, tax, and computer consulting and served as an accountant to OliverMcMillan. Bill is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of LEAD San Diego, the foremost leadership development organization in San Diego.
