Ted Lohman was born and raised in San Diego. In 2000 he graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering. In 2006 he received his MBA in Finance and Real Estate from San Diego State University. Ted is a LEEDTM accredited professional and is active in both the Urban Land Institute as well as the US Green Building Council.
Ted’s career began as a Construction Manager for a large Contractor located in San Diego. His projects included various multi-family residential buildings, educational facilities at the University of San Diego, the San Diego Convention Center Expansion, and most notably Petco Park, home of the San Diego Padres. After 5 years in Construction, Ted joined OliverMcMillan on 2005.
