Upon receiving his Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California, Ted Lohman’s career began as a Construction Manager for a large Southern California based General Contractor. His projects included various multi-family residential buildings, educational facilities at the University of San Diego and Cal State San Marcos, the San Diego Convention Center Expansion, and most notably Petco Park, home of the San Diego Padres. After 5 years in Construction, Ted received his MBA in Finance and Real Estate from San Diego State University in 2006.
A native San Diegan, Ted joined OliverMcMillan on 2005. Projects Ted has worked on include various multi-family residential buildings in downtown San Diego, The River Oaks District in Houston, TX, The Historic Guasti District in Ontario, CA, Pacifica Honolulu condominium tower and The Streets of Buckhead in Atlanta, GA.
Ted is a LEED accredited professional and is active in both the Urban Land Institute as well as the US Green Building Council.
