Susan LaVallie

Susan serves as OliverMcMillan’s Director of Finance, where she oversees OliverMcMillan’s accounting department and works closely with the Development and Property Management teams on project and corporate budgeting.

Born in Los Angeles, California, Susan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting at the University of San Francisco. She was recruited directly from college to Apodaca & Truitt LLP, where she specialized in Auditing, Tax, Financial Planning and System Implementation. Following Apodaca & Truitt LLP, Susan joined Paperpak Products, Inc., a $500 million health care product manufacturer, and executed the JD Edwards system. From there, Susan worked as Corporate Controller for PGP Partners, Inc., a real estate development and management company, and was responsible for all accounting functions and implementation of the yardi financial system.
