Born in Herington, Kansas in 1946, Paul Buss serves as President and Principal of OliverMcMillan. During his 24 years at OliverMcMillan, Paul has led a team responsible for overall project development, including co-leadership of project design, planning, budgeting, construction, and public approvals. During this time, OliverMcMillan has developed projects totaling over $2B in value and received over 35 design and professional awards for the quality of the company’s work. Paul is a recipient of the California Council American Institute of Architects Public Service Award winner and headed his own award-winning 125-person architectural firm prior to joining OliverMcMillan. Paul has held key leadership positions in both professional and community organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture degree from Iowa State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from National University.
