<p>Announced in November 2014, Spectrum | Emery and OliverMcMillan will transform the original convention center site at 500 Broadway in downtown Nashville, Tennessee into a dynamic mixed-use development featuring retail, residential, office, dining and entertainment.</p> <br> <br><p>As the concept stands today, in addition to its office and residential towers, it will feature a new modern hotel conference center, approximately 183,000 square feet of retail and dining space, 345,000 square feet of high-rise residential, 350,000 square feet of office, an additional 16,000 square feet slotted for a roof top event deck, and approximately 50,000 square feet set aside for the previously announced National Museum of African American Music.</p> <br> <br><p>“It is an honor to work with Spectrum | Emery on the original convention center redevelopment, at the very heart of a thriving, artistically vibrant city,” said Dene Oliver, CEO of OliverMcMillan. “We are going to bring our most forward-thinking ideas in order to attract the best to Nashville.
