While OliverMcMillan employs local brokerage as marketing agents for chosen projects, it is our Principals, Managing Directors, and Project Manager's evaluation, direction, and management of these teams that generate the project's success. In addition to the high level of leasing and marketing management, OliverMcMillan:
  • Maintains direct relationship with the upper management of major retail tenants
  • Holds a significant presence at all ICSC convention events for direct marketing of retail and mixed use projects.
  • Evaluates, selects and manages the best third-party leasing team in any given submarket, monitors the performance and changes teams as warranted.
  • Manages and negotiates all leases directly with tenants, regardless the level of brokerage involvement.
  • Is knowledgeable and capable in all commercial product types including negotiation of management agreements, office leasing terms and nuances, and apartment and retail transactions.
  • Is experienced and skilled at multi-family and condominium management and marketing.
