We're seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our Nashville Team in creating our destination 5th & Broadway (Nashville, TN). As the team’s Office Administrator, this role is responsible for managing the administrative function for the onsite office, providing support to the onsite team and visiting partners and corporate team members, and other key responsibilities listed below.

  • Meets and greets with all guests, vendors, tenants, etc.; acts as an Ambassador for Project/Property and OliverMcMillan.
  • Possesses full knowledge of phone system (answering all calls within three rings); able to handle multiple calls in a world-class manner.
  • Manages calendar of events, meetings, appointments, etc. and confirms attendance.
  • Plans, coordinates and attends meetings, appointments and other events.
  • Plans and schedules all travel arrangements and ensures transportation, lodging, dining, and all other travel related items are scheduled and on time.
  • Coordinate and manage Development office set-up/move in and occupancy including scheduling, coordination, procurement and vendor management.
  • Retrieves and prepares files, emails, documents, plans, and other items for meetings, appointments, etc.

  • Monitors all utility payments and tracks usage and cost.
  • Initiates and returns calls to vendors, suppliers, contractors and company personnel at management's request.
  • Maintains the office directory and distributes on a regular basis.
  • Manages and coordinates office operations to ensure company requirements are sufficiently met daily.
  • Upon approval, orders all office supplies for onsite team; staying within stated budget guidelines.
  • Monitors office procedures and resolves problems through collaboration with pertinent contacts, and implements changes as needed.
  • Works with third party maintenance, janitorial and other vendors to ensure that the management office is fully functional always.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Residential Maintenance Technician Tempe, AZ

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician with a Whatever It Takes approach to join our SALT team! This is a great entry level position into the industry and has growth potential. This role will be responsible for performing all activities related to the maintenance of assigned properties (i.e. residential facilities, parking lots, electrical/utility systems, pluming, etc.). Below are some common responsibilities in this role.

  • Applies knowledge of building operating systems such as HVAC, security and sprinkler systems, fire alarms, plumbing, heating, electrical and any other related setup to perform maintenance, preventive maintenance and/or repairs.
  • Applies proper construction and maintenance techniques and ability to use power and hand tools to perform repairs/maintenance/renovation.
  • Responds to emergency situations under any adverse working conditions, and makes informed and accurate decisions.
  • Assists contractors in the performance and completion of their work.
  • Identifies and reports unusual or hazardous situations to management to preserve the structural integrity of the building.
  • Maintains building interior by painting, cleaning and performing other necessary upkeep duties as scheduled.
  • Responds to complaints in a professional manner as appropriate.
  • Responds to on call after hours emergencies, as needed.
  • Solicits proposals from contractors.
  • Monitors maintenance/repair related supplies and report needs to management.
  • Maintains equipment, supplies and company vehicles in good working order.

What You’ll Be Doing

We're seeking an experienced, dynamic Community Manager to lead our Grey House at River Oaks District residential property management team.
