What You’ll Be Doing

We’re seeking an experienced Residential Assistant Community Manager with a Whatever It Takes approach to join our Grey House River Oaks District team!  This key candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of operating properties, existing residents, potential residents, vendors and consultant, and performing other duties as assigned. 

  • Receives and resolves resident requests and issues.
  • Invoice/Budget Tracking.
  • Maintains current resident and vendor information.
  • Maintains current rent roll information.
  • Supervises of lease administration and resident relations.
  • Supervises rent and delinquency collections.
  • Coordinates all legal work related to properties.
  • Manages the corporate facilities.
  • Manages all property management correspondence, documentation and filing.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

What We Expect From You

  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in onsite property management for high end luxury properties.
  • Yardi experience preferred.
  • Yieldstar/LRO experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects/tasks and be able to prioritize in a fast paced environment with a high sense of urgency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with a positive approach.

Retail Maintenance TechnicianAtlanta, GA

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re seeking a Maintenance Technician with a Whatever It Takes approach to join our team at The Shops Buckhead Atlanta! This position will be responsible for performing all activities related to the maintenance of assigned properties (i.e. grounds, buildings, electrical/utility systems, etc.), and performing other duties as assigned

•    Applies knowledge of building operating systems such as HVAC, security and sprinkler systems, fire alarms, plumbing, heating, electrical and any other related setup to perform maintenance, preventive maintenance and/or repairs.
•    Performs mechanical, preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment as needed. 
•    Applies proper construction and maintenance techniques and ability to use power and hand tools to perform repairs/maintenance/renovation.
•    Responds to emergency situations under any adverse working conditions, and makes informed and accurate decisions.
•    Identifies and reports unusual or hazardous situations to management to preserve the structural integrity of the building.
•    Maintains building Exterior & Interior by painting, cleaning and performing other necessary upkeep duties as scheduled. 
•    Roof maintenance as required including removal and cleaning of debris
•    Responds to complaints in a professional manner as appropriate.
•    Responds to on call after hours emergencies, Position requires rotation of on call duties for repairs and special events
•    Monitors maintenance/repair related supplies and report needs to management.
•    Must be able to work with heights and lift equipment.
•    Maintains equipment, supplies and company vehicles in good working order.
•    Follows job related safety regulations as prescribed by training guidelines.
•    Performs all other related duties as assigned.
•    Must be available to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

•    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in onsite property maintenance repair for mixed use properties (i.e. residential, retail, office).

Residential Leasing ConsultantTempe, AZ

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re seeking an experienced, dynamic Leasing Consultant to support our SALT property. This key candidate will be responsible for the rental of units at assigned property to ensure maximum occupancy at all times and high renewal rates and performing other duties as assigned.

  • Coordinates move-ins and move-outs, lease negotiations and renewals, and unit showings.
  • Ensures paperwork of current and prospective residents is completed accurately.
  • Ensures residents receive a copy of all signed documentation.
  • Files lease and other important paperwork in appropriate location.
  • Collects and accounts for rental income based on existing executed leases.
  • Issues late notices and works with corporate to issue eviction notices.
  • Makes cold calls as needed to prospects.
  • Maintains a safe and clean work environment at all times.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

What We Expect From You

  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred 1+ years of experience in leasing mixed used properties for multi-family residential, retail, office.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects/tasks and be able to prioritize in a fast pace environment with a high sense of urgency.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with a positive approach.
