We're seeking an experienced, dynamic Assistant General Manager to support our River Oaks District (http://www.riveroaksdistrict.com/) team. This key candidate will be responsible for the operations of the office and retail property in a manner which enhances the value and maximizes profitability. This position requires the effective administration of all center operations including preventive maintenance, housekeeping, security and life safety, landscaping, waste management, utilities and construction coordination. In this capacity, the General Manager is responsible for effectively managing operating expenses including preparing operations reports, forecasting property expenses and managing capital projects, and performing other duties as necessary.  

What We Expect From You

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Possess a minimum of 10+ years of experience in office & retail property management.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office with advanced Excel capabilities and experience with ARGUS and MRI preferred.

Marketing CoordinatorAtlanta, GA

Property / Buckhead Atlanta

We’re looking for an experienced, creative, fresh, fast forward, motivated, open-minded Marketing Coordinator to join our team! Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position will be responsible for planning and development of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and sales for Buckhead Atlanta by utilizing various platforms: website, social media, special events and public relations, both external and internal. This position will assist in directing the efforts of the advertising, web developer and public relations agencies and coordinate strategic plans with departments as needed and performing other duties as assigned.


Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Works as a contributing part of a team that assists with marketing efforts for Buckhead Atlanta, bringing deeper understanding about our key consumer segments, providing insight into customer lifetime value opportunities, and delivering go-to-market strategies for these audience segments.
  • Creates presentations, brochure materials, invitations and other marketing materials using both traditional and innovative mediums.
  • Works with team members in the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing programs for our project that include: media relations, community relations, social media, collateral materials, and other outreach.
  • Establishes and maintains strong relationships with tenants to be able to effectively market to clientele.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferable in a commercial real estate firm with retail development, multifamily, office development or the mix of uses.
  • Luxury retail marketing preferred
  • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
