Jeff Zeigler brings OliverMcMillan over 25 years of real estate experience with emphasis in retail development and leasing. Prior to OliverMcMillan, he was a partner with Continental Real Estate and Steiner & Associates in Columbus, Ohio. Former positions in his career have included Senior Vice President of Leasing at The Westfield Group, Los Angles, California and The Herring Group, Dallas, Texas.
Jeff has been involved in the development, leasing, and management of numerous regional malls, grocery-anchored strip centers, big-box promotional centers, and mixed-use projects combining residential, retail, restaurant and entertainment. His vast experience includes identifying new development opportunities primarily through extensive tenant relationships. Throughout the development process, he oversees lease negotiations, tenant coordination, project merchandising, event-based marketing, and development grand openings.
Mr. Zeigler holds a degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas.
