Jim joined OliverMcMillan in 2002, bringing his more than 40 years of real estate experience to OliverMcMillan. Capitalizing on his real estate experience and the financial relationships which both he and OliverMcMillan have developed over the years, Jim serves as Senior Vice President and Principal for OliverMcMillan. He is responsible for the San Diego portfolio and all new OliverMcMillan projects.
A native to San Diego, Jim earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at San Diego State University. He started his career with University Financial, focusing on real estate development and finance. Subsequently, he founded his own real estate development company, developing in excess of 1,000,000 square feet of retail, commercial and assisted living projects.
In addition to his development activities, Jim has been involved in three American Cup campaigns with the Stars and Stripes team.
