Hillary Crowe, Director of Human Resources, is responsible for developing and supporting OliverMcMillan's unique corporate culture and Human Resources Department. Hillary has been with OliverMcMillan since 1997 in which she provides diverse support in the areas of leadership, management and employee training, development, payroll management, recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, employee relations and benefits.
Hillary's primary objective is to support and communicate the needs of employees and to ensure employee retention through personal and professional growth opportunities. Her strength is demonstrated in mentoring supervisors and managers, while providing tactical and strategic guidance to senior management teams.
Hillary was born in San Diego, CA and grew up in Point Loma. She graduated from Chico State University, California with a BS in Psychology and BA in Liberal Studies. Hillary is a Certified PREP Pro Administrator and also a longtime member of SHRM and CBASD.
