RETAILERS CAUTIOUS AND PAUSE TO PLAN THE FUTURE

Lindenhurst Village Green continues to receive significant interest from retailers despite the overall slowing of retail sales and expansions throughout the nation.

The planning and design processes for the project are advancing; however, the project timeline has been extended to accommodate time for overall economic recovery. The plan is to begin construction as soon as renewed expansion of retail store chains occur such that Lindenhurst Village Green can be "The Special Place" in which OliverMcMillan's is known for.
