miles north of Chicago, approximately two miles east of the Tri-State
Tollway (Interstate Highway 294) and two miles west of the Eden’s
Expressway (Highway 94). The site is served by Willow Road (36,000
cars daily) and Lake Avenue to the south, connected by Patriot Boulevard
(estimating 28,000 cars daily).

with a pre-school area, swimming facilities, a senior citizen center,
