TOM SIKORAL

With over 18 years of management experience and a proven ability to drive dramatic improvements in revenues, profits and consumer satisfaction, Tom Sikoral is an asset to the OliverMcMillan team. Tom is responsible for the overall management, direction and coordination of all operations at The Glen Town Center in Glenview, Illinois.

Prior to joining OliverMcMillan, Tom served as General Manager of both Westfield Old Orchard and North Bridge, and was listed in Crain’s Chicago Business as the General Manager for the 2nd largest suburban mall in the Chicagoland area. Additionally, Tom successfully led a $500,000 mall beautification project to update the center and resolve existing maintenance issues. Prior to Westfield, Tom was the Director of the Sears Tower Skydeck where he helped increase revenues and profits through sales generation and cost containment programs. Additionally, Tom has a unique background in the commercial airline industry, having served as the Manager of Administration of Flight Operations for United Airlines and as General Manager for Continental Airlines at many locations.

Tom attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is the Past President of the Skokie Chamber of Commerce Board and is a Board member for The Glenview Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Tom is a Past Membership Chairman for Skokie Rotary Club.
