The Glen Town Center's retail and mixed-use district in a public-private partnership with the Village of Glenview, has leased more than 300,000 of the available 470,000 square feet of retail space. Von Maur, Dick's Sporting Goods, Kerasotes Glen 10 Theatres and The Book Market at Hangar One anchor The Glen Town Center. Dick's, Von Maur and The Book Market at Hangar One share space inside the historic Hangar One building, which was an integral part of the Glenview Naval Air Station for almost 70 years.

The site is located 18 miles north of Chicago, approximately two miles east of the Tri-State Tollway (Interstate Highway 294) and two miles west of the Edenís Expressway (Highway 94). The site is served by Willow Road (36,000 cars daily) and Lake Avenue to the south, connected by Patriot Boulevard (estimating 28,000 cars daily).
