Bella Rinova Salon to Open in River Oaks District
Houston Business Journal
Bella Rinova Salon will move from its Uptown Park location of 17 years into a new space in the upscale River Oaks District this summer.
The salon will take over a second-floor space in the mixed-use center that will span some 5,400 square feet inside with another 1,800 square feet of covered patio space. Clients will enter the salon through a downstairs lobby, met with an elevator and stairs that lead to a salon clad in floor-to-ceiling glass.

The new spaces will feature a makeup and eyebrow bar run by Edward Sanchez Cosmetics. It will also include two treatment rooms for cosmetic services, a small nail salon and VIP rooms for privacy.
Bella Rinova clients can also lounge on the new outdoor patio's sofas near a new fire pit. The salon also plans to use the space to host events.
The new location will be significantly larger than Bella Rinova's current spot at 1111 Uptown Park Blvd.
“The timing of this deal with Oliver McMillan could not have been better," Lynnette Davis, owner of Bella Rinova Salon, sand in a statement. "My lease was expiring at Uptown Park, and while I have enjoyed my 17 years in the space, I just could not pass up the chance to move to one of the most unique and luxurious spaces in Houston."
Construction is slated to begin on May 1, with an opening date slated for Aug. 1. It will follow a handful of restaurants slated to open in the center this spring and join a number of other new high-end retailers.
Gigli & Massimo Italy designed the building with Dennis Ivy. Debra Stevenson Peganyee severed as the interior designer. Nick Hernandez, managing director of agency leasing retail for Transwestern, advised Davis on the deal. Davis said a contractor is still being determined.
