San Diego-based real estate company Oliver McMillan and Atlanta-based Invesco Real Estate have acquired Cherry Creek North's Clayton Lane retail center for an undisclosed amount, the companies announced Tuesday.
The property is anchored by Crate & Barrel and Whole Foods Market and includes 182,000 square feet of retail space in six buildings and underground parking. The shopping center is located at the intersection of First Avenue and Clayton Lane.
"We are pleased to be partnering with Invesco Real Estate on this exciting property located in such a distinct and vibrant neighborhood within Denver" said Dene Oliver, CEO of Oliver McMillan. "We look forward to being a part of the Cherry Creek North community."
Clayton Lane first opened in 2004 after a $150 million development effort by Denver-based The Nichols Partnership.
