Pacific Business News
JN Group Inc.'s auto galleria planned for the Symphony Honolulu high-rise condominium project across from the Neal S. Blaisdell Center will be adding several automotive and motorcycle brands, including the Jaguar and Land Rover dealerships.
JN Group Inc., which is calling the 80,000-square-foot retail auto space “Velocity,” said late Monday that during the last several months, it acquired seven motorcycle brands to add to its portfolio, which now stands at 15, including BMW Motorrad.
The Symphony Honolulu project, which is being developed by California-based Oliver McMillan and consists of 388 units, is currently under construction at the corner of Ward Avenue and Kapiolani Boulevard and is scheduled to be completed in early 2016. Velocity will be located on the street level of the condo project.
“JN and OliverMcMillan have found a rare opportunity for Symphony Honolulu residents to benefit from the evolution of mixed-use condominium living,” Brad Nicolai, president of JN Group, said in a statement. “Velocity’s collection of world-renowned automotive brands becomes an extension of the resident’s garage.”
PBN first reported that the JN Automotive Group was buying the Hawaii Land Rover and Jaguar dealerships.
