Arlan Chun

Arlan brings his 29 years of construction management background and real estate development experience to OliverMcMillan. As Regional Development Director, he will play the lead role in the development of projects in Hawaii.

Arlan attended the University of Hawaii where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Hawaii. He also earned a Masters of Science Degree in Civil Engineering - Construction Management from Stanford University. Prior to joining OliverMcMillan, he spent 3 years as Director of Residential & Amenity Development for Kukui`ula Development Company (Hawaii), LLC, a 1,010 acre resort residential, master planned community on the island of Kaua`i, Hawaii. The project is being developed as a partnership between DMB Associates, Inc. (Scottsdale, AZ) and Alexander & Baldwin (Honolulu, HI). Arlan also spent 9 years, as Senior Project Manager / Principal with Nova Partners, Inc., a real estate development and construction-project management consulting organization based in Palo Alto, CA. In his role at Nova Partners, Arlan provided development and project management services to Stanford University, Juniper Networks, Pixar, State Compensation Insurance Fund, ValleyCare Health System and the City of Palo Alto.

Past memberships have included the International Council of Shopping Centers and National Association of Home Builders. Arlan also has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii.
