Alan was born, raised, and has been a lifelong resident of San Diego, California. Graduating from San Diego State in 1986, his first job out of college was with OliverMcMillan. He has remained with OliverMcMillan ever since.
Over the last twenty two years, Alan has progressed from Financial Analyst to his current position at OliverMcMillan as Senior Director of Financial Analysis. He designed and created OliverMcMillan’s financial software applications for mixed-use projects, and either handles or supervises the preparation of all OliverMcMillan project analyses. Alan has a level of experience in complex, componentized models that few elsewhere offer.
He also has a strong role in preparing project operating budgets, cash management for certain projects, special projects, and serves as a resource for all OliverMcMillan employees on risk/reward, finance, and budgeting issues.
