JEREMY MEREDITH
Assitant Development Director

Jeremy Meredith, Assistant Development Director, plays a lead role in the development of all aspects of the River Oaks District mixed-use project in Houston, Texas. 

Prior to joining OliverMcMillan, Jeremy served as Vice President of Development for Turnberry Associates where he oversaw the development of mixed-use and retail projects, including the expansion of the landmark Aventura Mall as well as office, hotel, and retail additions to Destin Commons.  Prior to Turnberry, he directed the development of mixed-use projects across the nation for the JBG Cos. in Washington, D.C. and for the Mills Corporation, including The Shops at Riverside.

Jeremy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from Yale University and holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia, where he was an editor of the Virginia Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif.  He is a member of the Maryland bar and is active in the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.  Jeremy enjoys cooking, adventure travel, and playing guitar.
