CHARLES B. HICKCOX

Development Director

Born in Phoenix, AZ, Charlie Hickcox is a graduate of Indiana University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.  After completing an undergraduate degree, he attended and graduated from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky State University.

Charlie has been in both Legal and Real Estate Development related fields for over 25 years.  Serving as Regional and General Counsel for the Schuck Group and CB Richard Ellis, he was also President of his own company, Feldman-Hickcox.   There he was responsible for the company’s operations, including acquisitions, investor procurement, funding for projects, project development and leasing, property management, and all legal document preparation.  Charlie also served as Vice President of Development for the Barclay Group and Donahue Schriber Realty Group and Executive Vice President for Denro Inc. where he was responsible for all acquisitions of retail real property and commercial real property in Arizona and California. As Development Director for OliverMcMillan, he is responsible for overall direction of the Everett Riverfront project in Everett, Washington and Lindenhurst Village Green® in Lindenhurst, Illinois.

During his collegiate career at Indiana University, Charlie won seven NCAA championships in swimming in 1967 and 1968.  He was invited to the 1968 Summer Olympics where he won three gold medals and one silver medal in swimming.  More recently, Charlie travels to various grade schools and high schools and administers lecture series on the values of listening to your parents, teachers and coaches, and the true life lesson of how to become a champion.

Charlie lives in San Diego with his wife Kathy.  Together they have seven children.
