Since the firm’s inception in 1978, San Diego-based OliverMcMillan has been translating architectural imagination into financial success. OliverMcMillan is considered one of the largest and most progressive leaders in the highly competitive field of urban redevelopment, entertainment, and real estate development. In its twenty-nine year history, OliverMcMillan and its principals have developed and/or managed over 8 million square feet of office, commercial, industrial, residential, retail, research and development and mixed-use projects with a total project value in excess of 1.5 billion dollars. Further, OliverMcMillan projects have won numerous design awards. "We have been frequently asked by local governments to assist with complex urban infill projects."
